According to § 312g (2) sentence 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a consumer has no right of withdrawal in the case of a contract concluded outside business premises or a distance contract if the goods are specifically manufactured for a customer or tailored to their personal needs.

Withdrawal is also excluded if the goods have not yet been produced.

1.     PraxisExpert exclusively concludes contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is significantly determined by the consumer's individual selection or specification, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB.

2.     Withdrawal is also excluded if the goods have not yet been produced.

For the ordering of purely services such as measurement and consultation, statutory provisions apply.
